I offer SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) trips – planned over a 2/3 day forecast when the weather is predicting a high pressure with preferably very little wind!
This session is aimed at those who want to Paddleboard and enjoy the natural beauty of Anglesey.
Trip A – Inland Sea
Suitable for complete beginners
Trips B,C & D are Estuary Trips (From Four mile Bridge)
Suitable for:
a) Anyone who has SUP’d with me previously
b) Can stand up and paddle confidently for a reasonable distance.
(Unfortunately I cannot allow clients to use their own boards) All my Boards and equipment are safety checked.
Boards O’Shea – widths 34″/32″ & race board 30″.
Buoyancy Aids/Paddles/SUP leashes are provided. Wetsuits as required.
ANGLESEY Four Mile Bridge Stand up paddle boarding lessons instruction with a qualifed Instructor and all kit provided
The Inland sea is shallow flat water only waist deep and very calm. The wild life is stunning ,paddling up creaks and past the forest shallow estuary for a fun trip.
Explore the Estuary at Four Mile Bridge on tthe flow tide (salt planes and all the wild life and islands sand bars.
we will paddle from Four Mile Bridge -down the estuary to Cymyran and around to Silver Bay (take a short break at the cafe on the beatiful beach (if day trip as evening it will be closed) we will then paddle the return to Four Mile Bridge
we will paddle from Four Mile Bridge -down the estuary to Cymyran and around to Silver Bay (take a short break at the cafe on the beautiful beach and then onto Rhoscolyn we will stop for lunch here (which we will take with us ). Then the Powerboat will collect us and drive us back to Four Mile Bridge.
Anglesey – drive through Y Fali on road B4545 towards Trearrdur Bay – there is a campsite (Pen Y Bont) 200m before Four Mile Bridge (the inland sea) where you can park (£6) all day or £(2) for short stay or alternatively park near the bridge. See map.
