COACHING IN BCU AWARDS
I will teach you to roll in a safe environment one to one instruction ratio.
I will teach you all the prerequisites techniques required to attempt and succeed good rolling form.
The duration is 1.15 hours and from previous experience it is highly likely that you will be able to succeed with several rolls towards the end of the session.
The second session – builds on the success and achievement of the rolls from the first session, improving the technique and building congnitive skill. ( It is important that a second session is attended to re-affirm the skills and within the same week of the first session)
The Inland sea is a very calm area of flat water, being only chest deep so is ideal for the beginner kayaker. The area is full of wildlife and you will be paddling up creeks and past the forests through shallow estuary water for a fun trip & lesson.
Kayak for this session will be a general purpose 8ft Pyrannah – Burn, Everest, Z One.
( this session is not in sea kayaks)
Anglesey – drive through Y Fali on road B4545 towards Trearrdur Bay – there is a campsite (Pen Y Bont) 200m before Four Mile Bridge (the inland sea) where you can park (£6) all day or £(2) for short stay or alternatively park near the bridge. See map.
